"sign-up" to ensure your spot
for the upcoming football and
cheer season. THE LAST DAY
TO SUBMIT FORMS IS FRIDAY,
AUGUST 8TH

Bring the completed
registration package to any
football practices
(registration package are
also available at the
practice) going on Monday
thru Friday
from 6p - 8p (until September) at
College of Alameda.
Or, you can
mail the completed package
to Alameda Pirates, PO Box
642, Alameda, Ca 94501. If you have

Physical (Dated and Stamped
in 2008)

Equipment Deposit of $350.00
(Football Only-Check will
NOT be cashed unless
equipments are lost or
damaged)
